This session offers a comprehensive and entertaining multimedia-rich look at the technologies of greatest impact for both Physical and Cyber Security. Each technology is ranked and presented with a brief overview and case study. All technologies presented have positive impact in both Physical Security and Information Technology program management, and several also positively impact safety and operations management. Some of the titles include the following: High Assurance Credentialing of Physical Security Devices; Cloud Computing and Virtualization; Mobile Surveillance; Wireless Infrastructure, incorporating the National Broadband LTE deployment; Video Quality measurement and specification for law enforcement and public safety. The section on Cloud Computing will also present ROI cases for both practitioner and service providers considering adoption. All discussions will also cite existing Standards or that under development.
