Q: I'm an Optometrist, can I bring a guest?
A: You are welcome to bring a guest and we will even assist in booking their flight, but you will be responsible for the cost of the companion ticket. Your guest is welcome to attend all networking events while at the Summit.
Q: What is a one2one Meeting?
A: one2one meeting's are between Optometrists and Vendors that have been arranged pre-Summit through our Matchmaking procedure.
Q: What are boardroom presentations all about?
A: Boardroom presentations are an opportunity for vendors to present case studies to optometrists. These are meant to be open dialogue presentations giving opportunity for Optometrists to ask pertinent questions and the vendors to ask "How can we help you do business better?"
Q: I'm an Optometrist - am I required to attend all the meetings, general sessions and boardroom presentations?
A" Yes, as part of your hosted package, you will be required to attend all meetings set out on the agenda.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: Business casual. You should bring a jacket for outdoor activities
Q: What is the weather typically like in New Mexico this time of year?
A: High's typically range in the 70's with evening lows in the 40's
Q: Do you provide ground transportation?
A: Yes, we will coordinate your pick up at the airport as well as your return. If you decide you will be renting a car instead, we ask you to let us know ahead of time so we may plan accordingly.

Q: Is there any down time?
A: The structure of the one2one Summit is intense but a lot of business gets done in two days. We've built in some fun with our networking events and will offer free time as the agenda allows.
Q: What if I want to stay additional nights?
