The ONE2ONE format has been designed to provide an intimate face2face buying experience, to maximize productivity for Optometrists seeking to enhance and grow their businesses.
Each qualified Optometrist participant is surveyed and participates in the development of their personalized agenda for the Summit.
Qualified Optometrists are provided an expense package, which includes airfare, ground transportation, private hotel accommodations, and meals. The expense package is provided at no charge to the individual; in return, the qualified Optometrist agrees to participate in the General Sessions, Peer2Peer Roundtables, Boardroom Presentations, Pre-scheduled ONE2ONE Appointments and Networking Opportunities.
General Sessions
Featuring leading speakers from within the industry, the General Sessions bring you the latest insights into trends of today and opportunities for the future. This can include industry white paper presentations, case studies and/or unique market and industry updates from thought leaders in the eyecare sector.

Boardroom Presentations
As a participating Optometrist, you will be pre-assigned to a Boardroom with a small group of your peers that have expressed similar product interests. Boardroom presentations are 20 minutes in length and provide you with a snapshot of the product/innovation/service that the Vendor has to offer.
Peer2Peer Roundtables
Peer2Peer Roundtables will give the opportunity for Optometrists to meet privately as a group and discuss similar interests and challenges within their practices. These Peer2Peer opportunities create and solidify relationships between yourself and other industry thought leaders who have come together for this unique event.

ONE2ONE Appointments
ONE2ONE appointments create a private environment to do business with the Vendors of your choice and allow for follow-up with Vendors that were seen during the Boardroom Presentations that have products/services of interest to you. ONE2ONE Appointments are great opportunities to network with all Summit participants. Each appointment is 30 minutes.
Networking
Continue building relationships with your Peers and Vendors outside of the Peer2Peer Roundtables, Boardroom Presentations and ONE2ONE appointments with our networking functions. Find many ways to develop and strengthen your relationships in a casual environment. Networking Events within the ONE2ONE agenda include opening night welcome reception and dinner, daily breakfasts and lunches and special event dinner.
