Q: What is a one2one Meeting?
A: one2one meetings are between IT Security Executives and Solution Providers that have been arranged pre-Summit through our Matchmaking procedure.
Q: Is this right for me?
A: If you are an IT Security decision-maker actively buying IT Security solutions for your Company, this is the best Summit for you to attend.
A: If you are a Solution Provider looking to engage new IT Security or solidify existing relationships, our unique two-day format will put you in front of the management who matter most to create long-term business relationships.
Q: What are boardroom presentations all about?
A: Boardroom presentations are an opportunity for Solution Providers to present case studies to IT Security Executives. These are meant to be open dialogue presentations giving opportunity for IT Security Executives to ask pertinent questions and the Solution Providers to ask "How can we help you manage your company's education programs more effectively?"
Q: I'm a IT Security Executive - am I required to attend all the meetings, general sessions and boardroom presentations?
A: Yes, as part of your hosted package, you will be required to attend all meetings set out on the agenda.
Q: Is there any down time?
A: The structure of the one2one Summit is intense, but a lot of business gets done in two days. We've built in some fun with our networking events and will offer free time as the agenda allows.
Q: I'm a IT Security Executive, can I bring a guest?
A: You are welcome to bring a guest and we will even assist in booking their flight, but you will be responsible for the cost of the companion ticket. Your guest is welcome to attend all networking events while at the Summit.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: Business casual. You should bring a jacket for outdoor activities
Q: Do you provide ground transportation?
A: Yes, we will coordinate your pick up at the airport as well as your return. If you decide you will be renting a car instead at your own expense, we ask you to let us know ahead of time so we may plan accordingly.
Q: What if I want to stay additional nights?
A: You are welcome to extend your stay at your own expense and still take advantage of our group rate 3 days pre and 3 days post Summit. An extension of stay must be coordinated by emailing your Director of Client Relations, Lynne Shane at lshane@reedexpo.com
