Q: What is a ONE2ONE Meeting?
A: ONE2ONE meeting's are between Public Safety Managers and Vendors that have been arranged pre-Summit through our Matchmaking procedure.

A: If you are a public safety decision maker actively seeking solutions for the long-term strategic plan of your department this is the best Summit for you to attend.
A: If you are a vendor looking to engage new public safety decision makers or solidify existing relationships, our unique two-day format will put you in front of the management who matter most to create long-term business relationships.
Q: What are boardroom presentations all about?
A: Boardroom presentations are an opportunity for vendors to present case studies to public safety managers. These are meant to be open dialogue presentations giving opportunity for public safety decision makers to ask pertinent questions and the vendors to ask "How can we help you manage your departments better?"
Q: I'm a Public Safety Decision maker - am I required to attend all the meetings, general sessions and boardroom presentations?
A" Yes, as part of your hosted package, you will be required to attend all meetings set out on the agenda.
Q: Is there any down time?
A: The structure of the One2One Summit is intense but a lot of business gets done in two days. We've built in some fun with our networking events and will offer free time as the agenda allows.
Q: I'm a Public Safety Decision Maker, can I bring a guest?
A: You are welcome to bring a guest and we will even assist in booking their flight, but you will be responsible for the cost of the companion ticket. Your guest is welcome to attend all networking events while at the Summit.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: Business casual. You should bring a jacket for outdoor activities
Q: What is the weather typically like in Florida this time of year?
A: High's typically range in the 70's with evening lows in the 50's
Q: Do you provide ground transportation?
A: Yes, we will coordinate your pick up at the airport as well as your return. If you decide you will be renting a car instead at your own expense, we ask you to let us know ahead of time so we may plan accordingly.
Q: What activities does the Hyatt Regency offer?
A: There is the Raptor Bay Golf Club, ranked as a top 10 favorite by Sports Illustrated Magazine, the 19,000 sq foot Stillwater Spa, adventure pool, tennis and kayaking
Q: What if I want to stay additional nights?
A: You are welcome to take advantage of our group rate at your own expense 3 days pre and 3 days post Summit. An extension of stay must be coordinated through your Client Relations Manager, Lisa Carroll by email to lcarroll@reedexpo.com
