Summit Format

The One2One format has been designed to provide an intimate face2face buying experience, to maximize productivity for you, understanding that you have an operating budget that requires you to continually evaluate new suppliers.

Each attendee is surveyed and participates in the development of their personalized agenda for the Summit.

If qualified to attend, you are provided an all expense package, which includes your registration, hotel room, meals, air travel and transportation to and from Hilton Arlington Hotel.  In return, the qualified Stadium Executive agrees to participate in the General Sessions, Peer2Peer Roundtables, Strategic Partner Boardroom Presentations, Pre-scheduled One2One Appointments and Networking Opportunities.

Keynotes

The keynotes will include industry experts who share their experience, insights, challenges and recommendations to enable your facility to thrive when dealing with complex business challenges. The thought leadership and expertise provides actionable ideas to drive innovation and efficiencies. This includes industry white paper presentations, case studies and/or unique market and industry updates.

Boardroom Presentations

As a participant, you will be assigned to a Boardroom with a small group of peers that have common needs and interests. Boardroom presentations provide you with a snapshot of the product/innovation/service that the Strategic Partner has to offer.

Peer2Peer Round Tables

Peer2Peer Roundtables give you the opportunity to meet as a group and share experiences, common challenges, network and engage with your peers. These Peer2Peer opportunities create relationships, allow you to share best practices, and engage in debate.

Stadium and Arena One2One Strategic Partner Appointments

One2One appointments create a private environment for you to do business with Strategic Partners of your choice. One2One Appointments are critical opportunities for you to dig deeper in understanding the latest in products and solutions. Each appointment is 20 minutes.

Networking

Continue building relationships with your Peers and Partners through strategic networking functions. Find many ways to develop and strengthen your relationships in an executive and casual environment. Networking Events within the One2One Agenda include opening night reception, daily breakfasts and lunches, and dinners. There is no better way than to network with your peers and possible vendors than this sophisticated social setting.
